Patrick Lencioni is founder and president of The Table Group, a firm dedicated to providing organizations with ideas, products and services that improve teamwork, clarity and employee engagement.

Lencioni’s passion for organizations and the people who work in them is reflected in his writing, speaking and executive consulting. He is the author of twelve best-selling books with over seven million copies sold. After more than twenty years in print, his classic book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, remains a fixture on national best-seller lists. His most recent book, The Six Types of Working Genius: A Better Way to Understand Your Gifts, Your Frustrations and Your Team, was released in September 2022, and was designed to help people find joy and energy in their work. He is also the host of the popular business podcast, At The Table with Patrick Lencioni.

Dr. Abela is the founding dean of the Busch School of Business at the Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C. His award-winning, widely-cited research on integrity and effectiveness in business has been published in several academic journals and three books. He speaks to business leaders around the world about cultivating the superhabits of success in themselves and their organizations. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Abela was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble, management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and Managing Director at the Corporate Executive Board. He holds an MBA from the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland and a Ph.D. from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia. He and his wife, Kathleen, live in Great Falls, Virginia and have been blessed with six children and their first grandchild.

JP Blevins is a private investor, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 25 years of experience in banking and financial markets. A Kentucky native and former University of Kentucky basketball player under Coach Tubby Smith, JP graduated magna cum laude before launching a dynamic career in finance. In 2010, he joined then-startup Live Oak Bank as a seed investor and early team member, eventually rising to Chief Revenue Officer as the company became the nation’s top SBA lender. He also invested early in nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO), a global cloud banking software provider. Both ventures went on to achieve multi-billion-dollar IPOs. Now back in Kentucky, JP is a current partner and leads business development at Vine Street Private Wealth + Family Office. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and investors build enduring legacies. JP’s career reflects a blend of grit, foresight, and a deep belief in the power of transformative ideas. JP currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife and 3 children.

Mary Katherine Wathen is a nationally recognized business consultant, speaker, and coach with 20+ years of experience helping leaders and teams scale with purpose and performance. A former Fortune 50 professional turned entrepreneur, she’s known for her no-excuses, high-impact approach to business and leadership. She holds certifications in The Working Genius, and various coaching certifications.

MK is the author of a 2025 best-selling book, Made for More. a bold and practical guide for working moms who want to lead with clarity at work and at home— without burning out or playing small.

A proud graduate of the University of Kentucky, she earned her degree summa cum laude in Corporate Communications and Political Science, served as Student Body President, and was named UK Homecoming Queen. She also ran Division I cross country for the Wildcats, and finished multiple marathons—a testament to the drive and discipline that still fuels her today.

Today, she lives in Kentucky with her husband Will and their seven children—where she still finds time to run and build businesses.
