Patrick Lencioni is founder and president of The Table Group, a firm dedicated to providing organizations with ideas, products and services that improve teamwork, clarity and employee engagement.

Lencioni’s passion for organizations and the people who work in them is reflected in his writing, speaking and executive consulting. He is the author of twelve best-selling books with over seven million copies sold. After more than twenty years in print, his classic book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, remains a fixture on national best-seller lists. His most recent book, The Six Types of Working Genius: A Better Way to Understand Your Gifts, Your Frustrations and Your Team, was released in September 2022, and was designed to help people find joy and energy in their work. He is also the host of the popular business podcast, At The Table with Patrick Lencioni.

Trussell is the former president of Tempur Sealy International. After convincing the Swedish creators of Tempur Pedic to allow him to sell their mattresses and pillows in the U.S., Trussell started his company by selling the first mattresses out of his car, haggling with Brookstone's merchandising reps and mailing conditional free samples to chiropractors. In 2003, Trussell took the company public and in 2012 the company bought Sealy for $228.6 million. The company’s market cap, as of Aug 2014, was $3.61 billion. In 2013 annual revenues were $2.5 billion and annual net income was $78.6 million. The company currently employees 6,700.

Maryanne Miller is a retired 4 star General for the United States Air Force. Her last position before retirement in October of 2020 was Commander, Air Mobility Command. As the Air Component Commander for U.S. Transportation Command, General Miller was responsible for directing global air mobility operations in support of national objectives. She was the highest ranking woman in the entire defense department until her retirement.
General Miller was commissioned in 1981 as a distinguished graduate of the ROTC program at The Ohio State University. She is a command pilot with more than 4,800 flying hours in numerous Air Force aircraft.
Maryanne spent 39 years serving as an officer and pilot in our Air Force but now serves on the Boards of Bristow, The Leaven Kids and is a Trustee of Manhattan College in NY. She also serves on the Council for Criminal Justice and the Veterans Justice Commission. And since 2013 has been a volunteer and co-worker for St. Teresa of Calcutta’s Missionaries of Charity serving the poorest of the poor around the world.

Mark Fox joined Kentucky men’s basketball as associate coach in 2024 and enters his second season in 2025-26. A veteran with 18 years of head coaching experience at Nevada, Georgia, and California, Fox owns a career record of 324-263 with four conference titles, five NCAA Tournament appearances, and 10 postseason berths.

He helped Kentucky to a 24-12 record and Sweet 16 run in his first season, contributing to defensive preparation, scouting, and player development, including SEC Second Team honoree Otega Oweh.

Previously, Fox served in leadership roles at Georgetown and with USA Basketball, and has coached numerous pros, including NBA champion Kentavious Caldwell-Pope. A three-time WAC Coach of the Year, he began his career as an assistant at Washington, Kansas State, and Nevada.

Fox holds degrees from Eastern New Mexico and Kansas and currently serves on USA Basketball’s Junior National Men’s Team Committee. He and his wife, Cindy, have two children, Parker and Olivia.

Travis Ford is a prominent figure in Kentucky basketball, from Madisonville, KY. After a successful high school career, he played point guard for the University of Kentucky Wildcats from 1991-1994, achieving several records and accolades, including a trip to the Final Four. Following his professional playing career, Ford has established a successful coaching career, leading teams like Eastern Kentucky to the NCAA Tournament and serving as the head coach for Campbellsville, Eastern Kentucky, Massachusetts, Oklahoma State, and Saint Louis.

Dr. Abela is the founding dean of the Busch School of Business at the Catholic University of America, in Washington, D.C. His award-winning, widely-cited research on integrity and effectiveness in business has been published in several academic journals and three books. He speaks to business leaders around the world about cultivating the superhabits of success in themselves and their organizations. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Abela was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble, management consultant with McKinsey & Company, and Managing Director at the Corporate Executive Board. He holds an MBA from the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland and a Ph.D. from the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia. He and his wife, Kathleen, live in Great Falls, Virginia and have been blessed with six children and their first grandchild.

Mary Katherine Wathen is a nationally recognized business consultant, speaker, and coach with 20+ years of experience helping leaders and teams scale with purpose and performance. Today, she lives in Kentucky with her husband Will and their seven children—where she still finds time to run and build businesses.

JP Blevins is a private investor, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 25 years of experience in banking and financial markets. A Kentucky native and former University of Kentucky basketball player under Coach Tubby Smith, JP graduated magna cum laude before launching a dynamic career in finance. In 2010, he joined then-startup Live Oak Bank as a seed investor and early team member, eventually rising to Chief Revenue Officer as the company became the nation’s top SBA lender. He also invested early in nCino (NASDAQ: NCNO), a global cloud banking software provider. Both ventures went on to achieve multi-billion-dollar IPOs. Now back in Kentucky, JP is a current partner and leads business development at Vine Street Private Wealth + Family Office. He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and investors build enduring legacies. JP’s career reflects a blend of grit, foresight, and a deep belief in the power of transformative ideas. JP currently resides in Lexington, KY with his wife and 3 children.
