Custom Program Development:
Design a customized coaching program tailored to address your specific needs, goals, and learning style. Select appropriate coaching methodologies, tools, and resources to support skill development and behavior change. Components within each coaching package are determined by the client and coach and utilized when needed to advance goals. 

Assessments:
Administer individual assessments, as needed, to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.
 
Goal Setting:
Collaborate with your West of Perfection Coach to analyze feedback and assessment results, identifying key themes and developmental areas. Define clear and achievable goals based on the insights gained, aligning them with your personal and organizational objectives.
 
Coaching Sessions:
Engage in regular one-on-one coaching sessions to explore challenges, set action plans, and provide feedback and accountability. Utilize a blend of coaching techniques, including active listening, powerful questioning, and goal-setting exercises, to facilitate growth and development.
 
Progress Monitoring:
Continuously assess progress and performance against established goals, adjusting strategies and action plans as needed. Track improvements in leadership competencies, behaviors, and outcomes over the course of the coaching engagement.
 
Evaluation and Follow-Up:
Conduct a final evaluation to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for ongoing development.
Develop a plan for sustaining progress and continuing growth beyond the coaching engagement, including opportunities for further skill enhancement and support.
