The Vault is a year-long leadership development program that provides an integrated and comprehensive experience of growth in the ways the human person learns most efficiently. Participants build leadership and management skills through developmental training, facilitated peer to peer masterminds, and 1:1 coaching. Individuals are supported in creating and executing personal and professional goals. Members of the Vault progress through the program with a cohort.
Leadership development emphasizes growth in emotional intelligence. Our topics provide offices with a common language to communicate and work through challenges. Common challenges addressed are quiet quitting, burnout, professionalism, entitlement, managing transitions, and maximizing teamwork, which directly affects productivity and the bottom line.
This Vault is designed to train and support Orthodontic Practices. Practicing orthodontics is not what keeps you up at night, that’s why our process is designed to reduce the stressful challenges of managing people. The goal of our monthly leadership trainings is growth in real-time. In our trainings, we will break down their implementation and practice, and assign small amounts of homework to work on each month. Trainings will cover emotional intelligence skills, as well as management and professional development topics critical for leadership development.
Masterminds allow for members to learn to work effectively to problem-solve real and relevant issues members face in their own personal & professional lives. Orthodontists and office personnel each have separate closed, facilitated groups.
Coaching allows for precision in achieving individual goals and personalized application of concepts. The purpose of this call is not to give advice, but rather to help you identify goals, create a plan for implementing them and remove obstacles to achieving those goals.
