The Vault is a year-long professional development program created for women, by women. Throughout the year, cohorts learn and practice growing in emotional intelligence and leadership skills.

Over the course of the year we will be working to increase management and leadership skills along with Emotional Intelligence skills. These qualities are what differentiates average leaders, from great ones.
The leadership training is growth in real-time. We teach key leadership concepts, break down their implementation and practice, and assign small amounts of homework to work on each month.
